PREMIUM RENT A CAR S.A, is a luxury car rental company in Greece, offering a wide range of luxury cars in many categories such as Sports Cars, SUVs, Luxury Sedans, Mini Vans, and Limousine Services.


1. What is the best way to reserve my vehicle?

We run a 24/7 online booking system which makes it very easy to reserve the vehicle any time you want. As soon as we receive your request we will check on the availability of your desired vehicle and get back to you with all the necessary details (availability, price quote & payment details). Should there need be you can always call us on +30 210 9956 086 (24 hours available) and one of our representatives will assist you with anything you may need. Furthermore, you may contact us via email at info@premiumrentacar.gr if you need to amend or add to your booking.

2. What if I do not have a credit card?

Do not worry. Credit Card is not the only way to reserve your vehicle. Get in touch with us and we will inform you about all the possible ways such as making a deposit to our bank account or send a wire transfer.

3. Can I take the vehicle out of the country?

Under the Greek Regulation Law for rental vehicles it is strictly prohibited to take the car out of the Greek Borders. Should there extreme need be please contact us immediately so we can provide you with possible solutions.

4. What happens if there is a delay in my flight?

There is absolutely no problem. We keep track of your flight so we know the exact time of the airplane landing. If there is a delay owing to airline there will be no charge.

5. Can I change my booking?

Of course you can! Make sure you contact us in a reasonable time beforehand should you need to change the place of pick up/ delivery of the car, your time or if you even want to prolong your booking. In any case you need to contact us either via email or via telephone.

6. Are my personal details safe?

Yes they are. We cooperate with Alpha Bank which handles all the payments and sensitive information (SSL encryption) such as your credit card details. Also, we do not share any of your personal details with other people.

7. What happens if I got involved in an accident with the rental vehicle?

There is a certain procedure you have to follow if you have got involved in an accident. Make sure you contact us in order to claim the incident and we will let you know step by step what exactly you need to do.

8. What else is included in the rental?

Following your booking and upon request from our reservations department you can ask for supplementary services such as Child Seats, Booster Seats, Winter Chains, GPS navigation systems. It is free of charge.

9. What are the minimum requirements to rent a vehicle?

According to the insurance requirements the minimum age to rent the car is 25.

10. Do I need an international driver’s license?

According to the Greek Law, all Non-European citizens is required to own an international driver’s license.

11. Do I have to make a payment in advance to book my car?

We really advice you to do so. A payment in advance is the only way you can reserve the vehicle and we can guarantee its availability.

12. What happens after the payment in advance?

After your payment in advance you will receive a confirmation email/ voucher with all the details of your booking.

13. Can I cancel my reservation?

Of course you can. You can find more information under the filed of Terms & Conditions. We guarantee that we will deal your cancellation of the booking with flexibility and goodwill.

14. What if I have an issue with my car?

Contact us immediately in order to inform you step by step what exactly you need to do depending on the issue. If need be the Road Assistance will have to be notified.
